Not sure if true. Read this on the interwebs. Right now, you would have made only 60% on BTC if you invested at the all-time-high in 2017 ($20K). However, if you had put it in any of these FAANG stocks (also at their all-time-high in 2017), you would have made:

FB: 90%
AAPL: 234%
AMZN: 203%
GOOGL: 136%
MSFT: 223%

LOL. Now dogecoin, still a bigger winner. For now thanks to moron musk

I read that those Malaysian miners were stealing electricity, like burning piles of seized pot. I wonder what US Marshall will do with their seized BTC, it's been a while since they sold some from silk road. I just read that the state dept is now offering rewards in bitcoin to parties that participate in state sponsored hacking. Paying them for committing treason, US tax payer dollars buying bitcoin.

i'm going to begin shaving off the top of other accounts to free up 30 or so k for the buy in on btc. hopefully the fud and such will create a 15K or so price? ~3 yrs before the next halving.

there are going to be some major problems/disruptions to the world financial system in the next few decades.

certainly unclear whats going to happen. but btc has proven resilient. i think firesale prices will go on for a while.

i'm single no kids no debt so i can weight heavier on btc. looking at 160 acres in wyoming for 30 grand, could be a btc mining operation. wyoming is pretty stoked on btc.

Well I liked it. Not quite sure if I forgive Elon yet, but he seems to be moving in a reasonable direction. The man is not stupid. They sure handled him with kid gloves, while he shilled Doge repeatedly, hahaha.

I really liked the energy discussion, lots of reasonable statements all around. Gives me hope we can move in the right direction and achieve consensus (crypto pun there).

Some other speakers handled some of Elon's ignorance very nicely, like Lyn Alden.
