No just found it amusing you posting investment advice memes for something you got into like a week ago.

At the current rates a lot of middle America is too late now unless they have a ton of saved cash they can potentially lose.

This isn't an investment ( at least not for me ) and that is called a Meme. Take it easy Francis.

Unless it keeps going and adopting. Remember, if every high net worth individual in the world (>30mil) wanted to own one bitcoin, they would not be able to.

Heard a funny story today. First ever transaction by bitcoin was to buy a pizza. Same amount paid back then puts that pizza at over $1MM today.

get rich quick? I mean to most of the bitcoin investors I know its for sure long term investment. Some say very long term.

The really smart guys, buffetts, etc...say "bad mojo".

    I dig block chain though..

For us plebes, any point in buying into this thing at this point? Or is it just as likely to crash as it is to gain now?

So, do you mean other cryptos? Or trying to short the thing? Because I think a lot of people would like to short it right now, but I sure as hell don't have those sorts of resources.

I wouldn't drink the BCH kool-aid personally. Roger Ver being a major douche is reason enough not to stand behind it fundamentally. People who have been in the space for 3-5+ years will remain on board with BTC it seems. The BCH crowd are too little too late trying to steal the name and make a buck cause they missed the early BTC days.

This coming from my guy who has been into BTC since $30 bucks, owns a crypto analysis business, and has a large clientele of people who pay him monthly for his daily reports and personalized support.

When we last spoke it was still the play to stay the course with BTC. BTC will always have the best devs on board and will always remain the "brand" name that the bulk of buyers will know. It's like freaking Kleenex at this point. Most "normal" folk continue to use Bitcoin as the catch all name for crypto. Sure, there are some current transaction issues with BTC. No denying that, but it's where the money is. It will get cleaned up eventually and BTC will remain king.

I would have done the same thing. I have only been holding my $25 LTC because it was a small stash and I didn't need the money.

If I actually had a grip of them I may not have been able to hodl. Especially, since I just voluntarily took a 50% paycut lol.

    Lol

Fuck no. If I did I wouldn't have gotten up at 6am to go install appliances in people's "cabins" today.

I'm small time in this shit. I have had huge gains but I started with next to nothing.

Is it time to buy LTC? I could probably swing a couple. Think it will rise a bit?

Anyone mining Lite or Ethereum anymore?
Living in a apartment for 8-9 months with free electricity and my workstation is at low usage atm.
Did a quick calculation that if I would start to mine ethereum I could prolly mine some 400-800€ in the said timeframe.
The yield is obviously dropping the more expensive the currency gets...but?

The money not the important part, I would be mainly interested into getting my head around the blockchain thing as few of my friends
are working in/around the topic. Just to get myself up to speed, there are a shitload of interesting venues there in the future.

The floggings will continue until morale improves.
