so we’re back to research being conspiracy mongers? You like the last guy and think there’s a deep state too?

here’s a chart on why they call it the petrodollar. Sellers of oil wanna get paid, and they get paid in something. People liked dollars, still do.

What? Why?! What do you suppose this means? This from the guy who talks about doing research on twitter?

No. This is how stupid never dies. I would rather people who are educated and thoughtful and have time to devote to certain areas of study do that research and report back. That is how real progress happens.

Also, as someone that does product research on behalf of others: most people are shit at research.

Nick for the win. That is so trend dejour. Set out to answer your question rather than to find something new.

Luna creator is trying to create a new blockchain now. He's trying to keep together the ecosystem of suckers, err, I mean the amazing resilient Luna community, intact as much as possible to make more millions off of. What an asshole.

BTC holding up relative to other tokens today by a lot. I would assume most of these others have far less liquidity.

Nah, 1% APR on a tbill from the government is a scam, 20% APR on a dollar linked stable coin is genius because you are beating inflation.

    Thats how this works, right?

I don't post in here often but do follow on occasion....

had an old friend from PC post on FB "I think if BTC goes to 30k it's a great time to buy"

i politely posted "not for me, I still don't understand where the intrinsic value of BTC lies and feel like I missed the boat. I'm going to leave it to others"

he got all offended and posts that I was being rude Nd "internety" and shouldn't respond.

    that's when I realized:
most of these "investors" trading BTC just want to hear from their cheering section to make their speculations seem like a good idea. to reaffirm their bias. it's what gamblers do, not investors.

to each their own, I wasn't telling him not to invest, but don't act surprised when many don't agree on a public forum.

    Bitcoin....who's gotten into it?

Right. Except they don’t have the risk tolerance of a gambler who puts it all on black, so they create endless white papers and twitter threads to support why it isn’t gambling. It’s more pyramid scheme/cult than gambling.
    focus.
