Maybe the better thread would be blockchain technology, how to make money off it.

But "Returning Confidence" - confidence in WHAT exactly? We know how this applies to regular company stocks... but digital "currency"?

    It's a laugh.

Bitcoin is a global and cashless currency where the user bares full responsibility for their funds with no insurances or recourse for loss. If we're being honest, it sounds a lot like the next step in the elite's financial plan.

Loving this surprisingly predictable roller coaster. Nothing is crashing, they're just listing everything on sale this week at deep discount. Time to stock up, then get out again at the next spike. Repeat. Profit.

    Bitcoin....who's gotten into it?

    No worries,
Like any asset when the price gets so low that it’s functional uses or cash flow become mor valuable than the price, it’ll rebound...oh wait

Well then like a strong currency when you have to pay your necessary business transactions in that denomination then you’ll be forced to buy, ...oh wait

I drew some made up best fit lines on the BTC logarithmic chart. Seems as scientific as all the other attempts to fulfill the human desire to find patterns in chaos with magic trends, Fibonacci sequences, and fractals. Depending where you draw them, you get infinity... 8500... 6000... 1300... 400... 50... 0... so grab a magic marker, draw some lines, and gitr done!

Anyone remember the 1998 movie Pi?

Kinda wish I would have set an alarm for $750 Eth last night, would have thrown a bit more fiat on the fire.

Funny how the fall of bitcoin is ratcheted at every $1000 increment it breaks through and then bounces back. The thing rose so absurdly quickly that the bubble won’t have really burst unless the thing drops back below $1000.

I'm toying with the idea of joining the other market geniuses in my facebook feed by posting my own "buy low" pleonasm so I can congratulate myself on the obvious. What say you guys? #kony2012 #harambewasframed

Talked to a guy who wrote a book about bitcoin that I read when I started this thread.
He just made kabillions. His advice is to buy ethereum and litecoin, saying they'll rise when bitcoin fades.

Glad I just topped off on Litecoin during the red tag sale.

    https://www.express.co.uk/finance/ci...mpression=true

LITECOIN, one of the world’s leading crypto-currencies, is poised for massive gains this week on the back of a ‘game-changing’ announcement. The peer-to-peer crypto has been in the doldrums for weeks and was today trading at around $145 – down from a high of more than $325 in December.

However fans of Litecoin – essentially a faster spin-off of Bitcoin – are convinced that a new payment processor called LitePay will send the price soaring.

The Litecoin Foundation announced LitePay just before Christmas – but the actual launch of the product is expected this week.

LitePay takes Litecoin out of the cyber realm and places it squarely in real life by allowing businesses to accept payment in Litecoin from anywhere on earth.

Transactions will be super-fast and allow UK-based customers to pay for products and services in dollars with no transaction charges.

A Litecoin wallet will also be available for all major mobile and desktop browsers and instant withdrawals from VISA compatible ATMs and spend with any VISA merchant will be possible.
