Do you realize what a fucking travesty the Italian justice system is? The prosecuting judge is a conspiracy freak who ignores evidence and important questions staring him in the face. She was already acquitted once. In America, and a lot of other countries, that would be the end of it, but in Italy the State can appeal an acquittal, which is fucking insane. Since what we would call a prosecutor is actually called a judge in Italy, and judges protect one of their own and preserve the status quo and such, you could be batshit crazy and incompetent and otherwise worthy of being what we would call disbarred, in Italy, it's just swept under the rug. I read it in a book once, so it has to be true. (!!!??? lol)
Unbiased press isn't even a concept in Italy.
If she looks crazy, it's probably from being accused and in an out of jail in Italy for a murder she didn't commit. I'd be surprised if she had anything at all to do with it, even accessory after the fact.

Unfortunately, politics being what they are, she may eventually lose extradition hearings and be sent to Italy. This about it. We have military bases there, work with them on organized crime, and are probably tied in other ways. And there's always other diplomatic hijinx at stake.

Nah. She'll never set foot on Italian soil again. She's too much of a cause celebre here, and there are enough loopholes in the extradition treaty to prevent it. The Italians don't wanna lose our military moola, so that's a non-issue.

What would be super-cool, though, would be if Italian Special Forces staged a covert "snatch" raid here on American soil to take her back to Italy by force...especially if there was some "collateral damage" in the process. I'm sure folks here wouldn't mind much...I mean, ya know, since we don't mind doing the same thing ourselves and all...

Besides, her psycho eyes tell me she did it...and liked it.
