Is there a post minimum before I can customize my Avatar?

Hey, just joined but have been a visitor for many years. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to customize my avatar.

Is there a post minimum required?

I went to the "Edit Avatar" page in my settings, but there doesn't seem to be a way for me to upload my photo.

Any tips?

Am I an idiot and just missing something obvious?

Nope, no answer yet. I just reported my own post to the authorities, so hopefully I'll get some help...Or, I might get thrown in TGR jail.

SuperD your settings don't show anything that should prevent that. Try it again? You're not trying to use an image that's over the size limit? nemo- yours were manually changed, try it again-

I just checked again, and now there's an option for me to use a custom image. I must've hit a min post limit or something now. Thank you
