    Recommend me a flask

I have several cheap metal flasks. They're all hard to fill without spilling. They suck to clean. And they impart metallic flavors onto my fine spirits. So, can you alcoholic fuckers please recommend a modern flask to me that will solve my problems and allow me to further my rampant alcoholism unchecked?

If you want a hard sided, more classic one, Stanley has a wide mouth one, and another one where the whole top swings aside so you can scrub inside. Haven't used the latter though, not sure I'd trust it's leakproofness with the big gasket on top.

I noticed one of those when I was walking through Macy's the other day. I walked past it then stopped and went back because I couldn't believe that such a thing existed.

Won't solve any of your current flask issues but it sure makes riding more fun.

Y'know, I can't confirm. I have a Sigg that is hip flask shaped, and it's everything you want. I pour good stuff in mine, but from a quick scan of the Sigg site I couldn't be sure which was like the one I have. I got mine as swag from a Sigg rep when I worked in a gear store. Sorry I can't be of more help, but it will be worth the effort to track one down.

I use a platypus brand container, maybe 12 oz. capacity? I usually just keep it half full. It has a sport top that doesn't leak so I can open it with gloves on, and collapses as it empties. Easy to clean, no flavor contamination. House is probably also right:

I heard you can just put your flask in a bowl when you fill it and then drink anything that spills out of the bowl. My friend says it's better than licking the counter. I just use a funnel though, it's like it was designed for it.
