Don't know if Ch 4 ever fired up, but quite fun today, managed 1st into NFG and Sunset, before the masses started to arrive. Hopefully school is in session tomorrow.

Looks like extremely difficult skating conditions at the foggy basin this morning. Anybody else headed up? Green coat and purple pants make me easy to spot.

Thoughts on skiing Silver Mountain tomorrow? I'll be in the area and have a day to ski.

I’ll likely be there tomorrow too with a few out of town guests in tow. It’ll be busy all weekend relative to silver - usually zero line unless a big pow day. If you do come, be in the gondola line early to avoid that line

Thanks for the Gondi tip. Is 8:30 reasonable?

The other option is Lookout, but that seems to be much smaller.

830 will get you a good spot. If single, move all the way to the front right (singles line isn’t well marked, or marked at all)

I thought Silver loaded first Gondi car earlier than 0830...

Anyway went to Mt. Spokane today and got some leftovers. Due to cold temp, snow stayed soft and fun all over especially in the woods.

Smacked my head on a tree branch hard... I’ll try to wear my helmet more often.

b0ardski and 4 score of his new and old hardbooting snowboarder friends rented 2100 vert turner mt. for four days of groomer trenching fun, with no fuckn straitliners to look over the shoulder for, when ullr nuked us with 18" the 2nd day and another foot the 3rd day and untracked tree stashes all over the mountain for a finale.

by far the best back to back powdays ever with only your best friends skiing onto the lift and marveling at cat/heli worthy ($300 for the week) bowl and gladed terrain that had untracked turns the next day, not trashed by 10am

Damn, this is a good idea. How many people did it take to cost 300 each for the week?
