I've tried to warn you: Schweitzer is not flat, it clearly slopes back up as you get close to a lift.
On the upside, if not for all that great skate training this year I might still be standing at the top of B chute right now, frozen solid and encased in ice crystals, an actual snow ghost in Easter egg shades of purple and green.

So tubbs hill in cda actually has a decent base and about 2 feet of snow so last night I went up with some people and shredded it. Honestly is a ton of fun with all the features you can hit. The guy who put it on (Chris celentano) is a great ski photographer. Here's the link to his insta https://instagram.com/cdcphotography...=1p9jcgcz93oay

Lookout was perfect for Mrs. LVS to work on her fear of powder and trees, after breaking her leg a few years back skiing pow it’s been a struggle. But lookout was mellow and friendly and fun and by the end of the day she was picking another glade run vs. a groomer.
Success.

Rolled Silver today for siiiiick leftovers from yesterday’s unexpected/reported 5” that was 12” over majority of the mountain. We were greeted by super fast groomers and crazy fun soft snow off piste. Showed Leavenworthskier the super secrete spots that still had plenty of mid shin to knee deep turns. We mobbed the mountain from bell to bell with a quick warm up in the lodge at 11, negative wind chills were brutal this morning.

Since I didn't see you at the bottom for first Gondi you missed the first bell, skied the sidecountry and hit the 21+ bar, you all must have hung with the kids.

What a great weekend in the inland — who knew that bunch of “internet friends” could actually turn out to be pretty rad dudes.

2013/14 Inland PNW thread
We just lapped the carpet and had juice boxes with the toddlers down at the day care.
It’s quite obvious why he was having issues with “those” skis. Definitely not pressuring the tips enough.
