Relax, boys... this isn't unusual for this time of year. Give it a couple of weeks. February is typically a great snow month.

I like the positive attitude but don't count your chickens yet, remember 2015, 49n closed in feb, for lack of snow, after only 22 days of operations. dodging stumps & rocks on a 3inch ice base on klondike with snowblades was all time

^^ Yeah, I'm not saying it always happens that we get into a good storm track but in my over 50 years of skiing the Great Inland Northwest, GENERALLY we have a dry spell for 2 or 3 weeks in January followed by the storm track in February. Doesn't always happen but more often than not, it does. As for La Nina....yeah, where is that bitch?

Anyone been up to Silver since they re-opened? Looked like they got 8” of new snow during the closure. Hoping that storm crust has been refreshed

i saw the cat on stiles at 5;00 am on the web cam this morning, been a long time since I let out a guttural woop on perfect sparkling groomer cord wall to wall ribbon candy turns to high speed boulevard runouts 5 runs in a row
off piste was heinous wind packed dust on crust so I took a run under the quad as punishmentLast edited by b0ardski; 01-20-2021 at 05:56 PM.

2013/14 Inland PNW thread
DOMA in Post Falls is definitely the best. If Evans Bros opens their Spokane location again, it’ll be a close 2nd. Doma does free shipping over $25 so it’s a decent deal for great beans without driving to PF
Hope we get wind with the new snow so it knocks down the hoar layer that’s inches deep all over.
