Frick. I’ll be at work. Silver has better terrain.

Thanks for the offer RT… but I think I’ll head East and get up toward Silver or Lookout.

Edit: Lookout offers free camping in the lower parking lot by chair 1 so I’ll be heading there. Skiing 3/19

You could camp in silver parking lot as well. Lot more things to do there than lookout.

Silver was a mixed bag yesterday. Soft mid shin winter pow in places, firm in others, corn here and there, death cookies the size of cantelopes if yer into that. Soft groomers once it warmed. Sun was out so theres that. Coverage is still really good but that may change after the warm up coming then looks to go wet then maybe pow next weekend. It’s the mystery weather time of year. I’m not done I know that much.

Silver is trying to stay open another week with mud around the lift loading area. I think they can push snow every day until the weekend. It was surprisingly fun going down on shady lady.

There weren't a ton of people Friday but it wasn't empty, either. The morning was really good with 3 overnight on top of the 5 the day before. It was definitely deeper in spots. It was good pow up until about 11:30 then got manky. Still fun to ski but no longer powder.

Going down on a shady lady is risky.

It seemed busier Thursday and better Friday to me, but maybe it was selection (Thursday was very short for me). Still, Community Day just seemed like it chased away all the passholders, and the 20 minute squall got everyone with less than two poles. I probably should've kept my dumb mouth shut.

Enduro rigs on the bus rack today. Should be April Fools, but this year it just feels like summer.

I think this will be the last day of our season in North Idaho! Kiddos made the hike to rip some turns.

Yeah, with rising labor/food costs I’m not surprised. Love a lot of the new places coming to town!

Damn, seriously? We used to go there in high school. We'd park there and ride our dirt bikes all over the place north of it. That was before all the houses and development to the north. The only two things out there were Kaiser and R.A. Hanson. Things continue to change...
