thanks WTF, nice to meet mags on the slope; the groomers were 200% better than yesterday and that little 20yr old race board kicked it's ass today.

For the Feb-Apr forecast of colder than average temps and above average precip to take hold, it's got to start soon. Not much happening this week but I'll be gone from the 14th through the 22nd so it will dump for those eight days, I'm certain.
I KNEW it! I'm out and Schweitzer is forecasted for 9 to15 Tuesday night and Wednesday. Totally predictable..... Dammit!

The forecast is my worst case scenario for the pre-scheduled/unable to be moved work on Tuesday/Wednesday

I can vouch. I was less than 20 feet back when the horrible experience of seeing an elderly man crash hard occurred.

Until you're laying in a heap and the young guy's looking down at you asking if you're okay.

Moments before I decided that you guys were skiing too fast for my taste with the firmness of the piste and I dialed it back. Youngest in the group too, not sure what that says about me.

Yeah, considering the fatality during demo days last week, probably a good idea. I talked to a friend who was there and came upon the accident shortly after it happened. Not a good scene. My friend didn't ski anymore while there after having seen the aftermath.

That accident flashed my brain when I lost my edges headed toward the trees when I began my fight to stay on the run.

Dang 2funky. I was hoping for some pow laps this weekend. I need someone to kick my ass again this weekend

Also, how are the skis you tested. 😂 Anything worth keeping an eye out for next year?
