Just went for an hour of messing around with my son. It’s a slushy mess by the lodge at the Kan... Bummer about magic carpet being done for the season.

I’ll be at Silver on Wednesday and possibly Tuesday and Thursday... then 49n on Friday or Saturday. Closing out mt. Spokane on Sunday.

Kinda landed there, too. Bummer of a quick end to the season, but the middle sure was fun. Drug my wife to a few places in some nice snow. Missed out on Mongolia and skiing with Pio, but still not a bad year.

Rainy day means just a single ride up chair 1. See you next season Mt. Spokane.

Silver was horrible yesterday. 6-8” of heavy snow with a bunch of rain on top. Skied like velcro. Really grabby, it would damn near pull a ski off in an outward motion. Myself, Skilyft and crew called it after one terrible run. Had such high hopes looking at the webcam at 6:30am. Moving on to fishing now. Great season.

Sunday was a rough end at the foggy basin, too. Saturday's outperformance gave me hope, which is the first step towards disappointment.

    Guessing you didn't win a chair, b0ardski?

If I'd won a chair would've already bragged it up
fresh tracks in foot deep mank (steep is your friend) in toomey's trees, then dancin at the outback made a great last day
definitely a day for snowboard, with good wax,
though the 172 thirst bx was a bit scary in tight trees

Nope, 25yr old snowboard hardboot specific step-in plates; way heavier (i.e.heavy) duty than phantom's
did I mention step in? non step ins suck, just ask a skier
