Bump this, she is from some other planet. The swelling in the knee must have been incredibly painful. That was just not a bunch of fluid, pretty awful to watch but I admit I looked at it about three times.

If I've got this right she's leading the World Cup super-G by 28 points and is tied for the combined World Cup title with Switzerland’s Lara Gut and Canada’s Marie-Michele Gagnon with one event remaining. Think I need to find out when this last event is. She's one helluva racer and tough as shit.

28 points up for the overall title
tied with Gut for the combined title
173 points ahead for the Downhill title
64 points ahead for the Super G title

You may think she's hot or not, you may like her or not, but there is zero doubt that she's a total badass and tough as nails. Mad respect.

how many events are left for lara gut?

[and sorry to bring this up, but...is this year's performance too good to believe? she's been beat up each season for the last few years and somehow recovers to top form in short order...hard to not wonder...]
