The obvious solution here is to put fans that can blow 130 miles an hour facing away from the windward side of your home.

If you were to put some anchor bolts on the eves of the most windward side of the house and attach them to a 993 you should reduce the shake by 87% or so. Plywood could help, talk to the SE as recommended.

Say hi to the Wizard for me when you get to Oz....and make sure you bring enough scooby-snacks for Toto!!
++ on the ground anchors and webbing straps. You get used to the look soon enough. Maybe even go top brow and use bright orange straps!!"The reason death sticks so closely to life isn't biological necessity - it's envy. Your best bet is to have something deflect the wind around/over the house, or at the very least create turbulence to disrupt the flow.
Something like this but on a larger scale, the good thing is they won't need to be nearly as large as you would think.
If you're serious about dropping a decent amount of cash on the problem this is where I'd invest it. All you need is a curved object with a decent amount of surface area that won't blow away. Pretty simple.

you mean, like those trees that are supposedly there that the house had to be built 3 stories to get the solar above the trees?
