    Tech help.. BB7 dropping pads

Halfway through a ride in Lynn (rocky, technical) last week I grabbed my rear brake and there was very little bite. I came to a stop and checked, and the right (inside) pad was just gone.

Unsure if it was a fluke or not, I got a new set of pads from the lbs. They seemed to click in, adjust, and bed in just fine.. so I rode them.

I did 2 hours in the Landlocked Forest (smooth, more flow) Monday with no issue, but about 45 min into another Lynn ride this afternoon I lost another one. Same side, same brake.

    Clearly something is fucked here..

    But what?

Make sure the little pin on the 'piston' is fully there.

On the inboard side, it might be possible the static piston is backed out too far, so the pin can't fully engage the back of the pad?
