Touring in Chile
I am heading down to Chile next week with my work. I won't have very much time for play, but there might be a weekend or two that I have free when I am based in Choshuenco. I was wondering if any one knows how long the snow sticks around on the volcanoes in the area of Choshuenco and Pucon. I have been reading some about the touring around the areas and it sounds like it's pretty straight forward. If you have any information, please pass it along my way. I am trying to decide if it is worth it to take my gear down there at all.
Cheers!

Bring your ski crampons, crampons and ice axe, point and shoot really.
There should be enough snow still on Villarica, Llama, Lanin and Osrono. Hot springs for apres ski!
