Need some mag advice, where to find 15-20 bikes in the first two weeks of Nov.

So, trying to help a buddy out here in Denver. He is helping to host some athletes from Australia that are going to be in town for a "big man's altitude camp" during their off season. They want to take 3 different mountain bike rides during the time they are in town (weather permitting, of course). The first will be a cruise around bike paths in town, then likely something on the west side (GM, NTM or the like). They have to keep the rides to around 90 minutes, so likely nothing long, and also most of the athletes likely have not done much mountain biking before.

    My questions.
1)-Is there anywhere that would have 15-20 bikes for rent that time of year around? REI? LBS? Other?
2)-If there isn't anywhere that would fit question 1) is there anywhere that would have 15-20 bikes for purchase? (The group might consider this too as this could become an annual trip for the organization) They obviously wouldn't need anything too fancy, but something that can handle guys that are from 6' to 6'6" and 200-250#s. Thinking basic Trek, Giant, Specialized...other?
3)-Would it be worthwhile to touch base with any local bike companies? (Yeti or ???) Is there a way to track down a "demo van" from someone?

Thinking that if there are shops located near where they are going to ride, (Green Mt Bike Shop/Golden Bike Shop/etc)that would solve some bike/gear transport issues, and I would LOVE to steer the group towards any mags' place of business/employment. Just trying to hammer down as many details as possible, all while understanding that the weather could keep them in a spin class on any given ride day (11/8, 11/12, 11/16). And to have the most directed ability to start making some phone calls. Thanks ahead of time, and fire away.
