Anyone know what logging roads around Revelstoke are being plowed this winter?

Just added the BC & AB stations to my system... the station coverage is quite sparse compared to some US states, but none the less here it is. Data should update hourly and I hope to get the historic info in there soon. Data is as good as that reported by automatic stations.

I think all the links are broken (for Int/Rockies anyway).

Oops .. should be fixed now. The links to the BC stations should work. Alberta stations are not done yet.
The image is just a more convenient way of seeing where snow fell - this tends to work better in places where the station network has a higher density (e.g. Colorado).
I haven't put a link on my frameset yet as the Canadian stations are still in beta testing for me.

Revy is getting hammered as I am typing this. SilverStar less so. Should keep piling up if the forecast pans out. What's it doing in the Southeast?

I drove from Vancouver to Heffley Lake (about 15 min. from and 1000 feet below Sun Peaks Village) on Friday night after the Lions game. It was raining all the way except it was snowing at the brake check area before the final decent to Kamloops.
At Heffley Lake at 3am it was 0* and raining and at 8:30am it was 0* and snowing. It snowed all day and is over 20cm deep and still snowing lightly at 10:30pm.

The cabin is not on Crown Land, its totally legit.
If I was going to put something on crown land, i would just tow a trailer up and frame in a bit of a roof over it.
Alternatively, If you can score the mineral rights to a zone, you can build a structure legally. You would be advise to hang shovel and sluice box from one wall, so you can say your mining something other than powder."Its not the arrow, its the Indian" - M.Pinto

Thanks for checking into that, Hefe. Too bad; last winter was prime.
May still be a weekend of core shots, curious to know what the base is at up there currently.
