    hot honey

    equal parts honey, chili powder/flakes, and apple cider vinegar

    I made these with flakes and powder I had on hand, but I’m going to dry some of these other chilies I’ve been finding at the farmers’ market .

    Wow. Definitely leaning to center and looker's right. The color of the one looker's left creeps me out a little. If you're sensing a theme, it's a bias against colors that remind me, even remotely, of times I've thrown up. It's a personal thing. I'm sure the flavor is all there.
