    Indeed.

This whole myth that Darth Goatshit is a great (or even decent) OC is laughable and has been created by the likes of Herbstreit, Cowherd and other suck-ups who happen to be his buddies. Just look at how inept the SC offense was against mediocre Pac 10 opponents in 2006, culminating with an abortion of a game plan against a crap UCLA team in that infamous 13-9 game. In the event that Saban is dumb enough to hire Darth Goatshit, ‘bama still wins 10-11 games a year based on overwhelming talent advantages much like Pete Carroll did from 2006-2008.

plus he just looks incredibly stupid facially when he's losing, but especially a close important game. he's a three hour choke with great athletes. he also gets that pasty sweat thing going on to match the desperate empty look in his eyes hiding behind his card as though he were really strategizing.

Hiring Lane Kiffin to be your OC is like appointing Adolf Hitler to be Chief Rabbi. I mean, what, are you fucking demented?!

Sounds like it's done. I trust Saban so we'll see. It's a ballsy move to be sure and one with zero middle ground.

It's really simple, Tipp. Consider it something akin to Evolution 101.

    Now pay attention!

In 2001-2002 there was Goatboy (Looky that cute attempt at a beard! Don't he look just like a little goat?):

But Goatboy wasn't content to learn from the adults, and, really, he didn't have to AND he never did. Dad was Monte Kiffin, after all and, somehow, people in the football world actually thought little Goatboy actually knew something. Of course, Goatboy really believed he knew more than anyone else, and armed with just a Denny's menu, he set out to conquer football with a steady stream of bubble screen and fade passes. USC went from pre-season #1 to unranked at season's end (And, really, they had the talent to beat all but Alabama and a couple other teams that year). This marks the evolution of Goatboy to Goatshit:

At some point during the Trojan's preparation for the Sun Bowl Coach Goatshit was either drunk and fell or had a physical altercation with a player. Consistent with his lying to fans, players during the season, as well as idiotic stunts (e.g., deflating balls, having players change jerseys [and numbers] during games, Goatshit decides to hide the welts on his face by dressing up as his favorite Star Wars character on game day. Behold Darth Goatshit (Strong with this one, the Douche is.)!

And there you have it. It's really simple, eh?

Spookers, let's be real here...Darth Goatshit singlehandedly TURNED SC into a shitty team.

And as OC in 2006, well, that was a pretty fucking bad offense.

It will be interesting to see where the Tide is in a year, and three.

Out of the coaching changes this year, I'm pretty content here in my UW hat.

Wilcox isn't a very good DC.

As much as I hate Kiffin he went 28-15 in a tough pac 12 under severe sanctions. Yes he underachieved and came in trying to emulate Petey's swagger. Bama is a great fit, Saban will teach him some humility, and he'll have some great defense to back him up.

there are a lot of people who will disagree with you about wilcox. i think duck fans don't like the idea of him playing against them.
