Just a heads up, I got a couple pair and one pair came with white baskets and one pair came with black racing baskets. Both are the kind made by komperdell that have a male end with nubs that fits into the female end on the basket and turns to click. Not the most solid system but you can buy replacement baskets through REI for their komperdell hiking poles
