    Codes rarely work on clearance, if ever.

    Too bad, because STP just marked down several skis as clearance. This low-snow year in Tahoe has me realizing I need a versatile low-snow type of ski (can't believe I'm buying an "all-mountain" ski), and this Liberty V92 has gotten some good reviews. At $199, it's mine. The V82 is there for the same price too.

    So the codes do work on skis as long as it isn’t marked as clearance?
