Not that add up to the Catholic Church's "indescretions". Name one that is still around and powerful.
As far as your argument that the institution is just a collection of people, bullshit. An institution like the catholic church, is designed to fundamentally change people who become part of it. It is partly this change, that causes the people in the organization to always do what "is right" for the institution rather than what is right. They attempt to take away everything from their members that matters and replace that with their idea of "god and religion".
The catholic church is a large and powerful cult. It has a lot of very good people who are members, but that doesn't change what it is.

The report found an estimated 216,000 children were victims of sexual violence by French Catholic priests, deacons and other clergy from 1950 to 2020. When lay members of the Church, such as teachers and catechism supervisors, were included, the figure rose to at least 330,000 children sexually abused over 70 years.

Survivors who spoke out to report investigators included Claudette Couturier, 65, who told France TV that her first memories as a very young child were of being raped by three priests who took turns to attack her. She and her sister lived with her alcoholic grandmother. The priests would come to dinner then attack the children in their bedrooms. “They stole 13 years of my life,” Couturier said.

The Pope apparently feels very sorry about it. Next shoe to drop is Italy, probably upwards of 1 million victims.
