FS Yeti 575 Medium; Martas, X0, Bionicon--cheap
I haven't ridden it in a while, and am tired of moving it around to get to other bikes.
Original 575 frame, well used and loved. It has a sick Bionicon fork that has infinitely adjustable travel from ~3-6" via a little button on the bar. The frame has lots of scars and marks to attest to its burliness and the boldness with which it was ridden, but none of them affect function in any way. The bike is ready to ride as-is, but obviously could benefit from a little love.
Parts:
Aforementioned Bionicon fork--very light, super stiff while still using regular skewered wheels
X0 rear der (shifts well)
X7 rear shifter, near new (this is 9 speed, folks)
X9 front shifter (shifts well)
Magura Marta brakes (extra pads included)
XT front derailleur
lock-on style grips
new Minion DH front tire
near new Nevegal rear tire
wheels are stock WTB, and are in good shape (I'm light)
Shock has been rebuilt (by me) and works, but damping is not ideal. Really it should be replaced (used RP23 is cheap).
A knowledgeable friend says I should ask $700, so that's where we'll start. I'd consider trades for high-end road parts, ~100mm/~170cm BC skis, Dynafits, or light AT boots in ~27.5 or ~26. I am flexible. If my price is insane, offer less!
Pickup in Tahoe area is preferred, but if you really want I suppose I could ship the thing.
