Wow. Skied Baker on TGiving 2015, and saw someone just like this. When I read about the cut-off-tails lady, I thought - sounds like that "weirdo" I saw.

Could have been her. She appears to be well into her 60's, if not 70's if that helps. And I should be clear that the hitchhiking thing is something I've heard about, but can't say I know it's the truth. Hence the word 'legend'.
