    Huh. My buddy back in Portland had a similar idea probably 8-years ago. Except instead of rolling up, it collapsed like an OG Boy Scout cup so it fit in the palm of your hand, and you could throw it in your pack. He had a few prototypes made that worked really well, but he lost interest in the project and never sold them.

    Works pretty well, pretty much indestructible and if you get extra sticky velcro tabs you can move it from bike to bike
