I had a thing when I was a kid where I would watch Ghostbusters every day after school. Must have seen it a thousand times.

    Colors.

Totally forgot about that one, first movie I owned because I taped it off HBO. Had multiple titty scenes and a bush scene when they raided that house.

Lets just say those were some of my first girlfriends, pause button was hit a lot.

    Slap Shot.

    Maybe blizzard of aaahs?

Edit: I think you’d have to put Point Break and Aspen Extreme in there too.

    Blazing Saddles, maybe?

Heh, looks like I answered this differently 7 years ago. No idea then, I guess.

The Man From Snowy River- my little brother had the movie on repeat growing up. He wore out a few of the VHS tapes.

Supertroopers- this movie was a staple throughout college.

Band of Brothers- technically not a movie but I love this mini series.

Gotta be one of the Bond movies but I have no idea which one.
You Only Live Twice, Diamonds Are Forever, Live & Let Die or Spy Who Loved Me are probably the ones I've seen the most. 50+ times?

Others I've seen dozens of times:
    Animal House
    Repo Man
    The Song Remains The Same

Yup. I've probably seen that one more than anything else. Runner up might be Black Dynamite.

Cuckoo's Nest and No Country for Old Men each a couple few dozen times probably. I make something of an effort to watch each every month, more or less.

Lebowski a bunch of times. Caddyshack and Beasts of No Nation, too.

anytime I'm flipping channels, theres a 90% chance I'll stop and watch, regardless of where in the movie it is,

    Caddyshack
    Wonderful life
    PRivate ryan
    Risky Business
    Gump
    Fast times
    Hot Dog

I'll usually start reciting the dialog to ms. MT before they say it just to add to her enjoyment. YMMV

Don't think I've spotted any of the Apocalypse Now! cuts yet, but saw Redux probably 50 times the first couple of years since it was released in cinemas and the original short maybe ten times. Been a few years though.

Others: Python's Grail, grew up with it, saw it with my dad, seen it so many times that I thought it might be appropriate to watch it with my then five year old son. Bonding time, eh? Spoiler alert: it was not, and some scenes of the movie must have blindsided me. 34 year old me done fucked up. The little dude had nightmares about disembodied limbs and decapitations for months on end. Wife was not too happy, and had me go through her for movie picks for months. Dad laughed hysterically at me when I told him.

Love actually: Seen it at least fifty times. Still makes me weep with joy.

The Dark Knight: Way too many times. Ledger's Joker is a fine match for Klauss Kinski in Nosferatu, which I've only seen about 20 times.

Harry Potter series: not one of my favourites, but my kids all love them, and why humorous disembodiment in Python scares the shit out of my son, and Potter's exploits do not, I cannot fathom.

The Wolf of Wall Street (4-5 times), the lifestyle of Jordan Belford impressed me so that's the reason.

What movie have you seen the most?

My daughter and I have watched White Christmas together about 15-20 times. You can pretty much suck me into any movie whose premise is that everyone is desperate for snow. Plus, if you’re not impressed by the dancing then you aren’t really an athlete.

And yeah, I like it as much as she does at this point.

Scorsese and the Band’s “The Last Waltz”... every Thanksgiving. Family tradition at this point.

And then the ski films... Barrymore’s Last of the Ski Bums and Stumpy’s Blizzard/ Groove Requiem/PTex, Lies, and Duct Tape.
