What movie have you seen the most?

    and why?

For me it's Stand By Me

I've seen it 30+ times easy, as it was the only vhs tape that our family owned for years.

Still love it, but it is impossible to watch with people outside of our family because we all say the dialog out loud, which I've been told is "Fucking Annoying!"

    Hows'bout you?

Stand By Me is probably close to the top for me.

    Others include:
    Strange Brew
    Breakfast Club
    Better Off Dead
    True Romance
Brought to you by Carl's Jr.

"This is Spinal Tap" At least 30 times in the summer of 1996 alone. I can't really watch it nowadays but it'll still be my favorite movie.

Star Wars is probably a close 2nd. It's the first movie I remember seeing.

Entire extended LOTR trilogy (The Hobbit is making its way up the list too) - My favorite move, I could watch all 12 hours of it twice back to back and not get bored (and have). Fucking love it.
Original Star Wars trilogy - Pretty much was the same as above when I was a kid, prequels ruined it though and LOTR pretty much replaced it.
Gettysburg - Another long one that I don't even hesitate to watch.
Cowboy Bebop The Movie (and the series) - Just good old cool, kick ass entertainment.
Life is Beautiful - Fucking makes crack up and cry in the same move, every time, no matter how many times I've seen it.
Old School - Probably my favorite comedy. This movie was an institution in the old bachelor pad I used to live in and it never got old.
Reservoir Dogs - For some reason now matter how many times I've seen it, it still feels like the first time. I pick up on new things every time.
The Truman Show - Just love this film. Not sure why, but I've seen it more times than I can count.
Any Monty Python movie (especially The Meaning of Life) - No explanation needed here.
Fight Club - Pretty much the same reason as Reservoir Dogs. And personally I thought it was better than the book.
All I know is that I don't know nothin'... and that's fine.

grew up watching superman, starwars. over and over and over again. Just figured if I watched it enough I could learn how to wield my superpowers

    nowadays, its Caddyshack, hands-down.
I would watch it going to bed every night, and when I close my eyes I could still visualize the scene they were reciting
