I just go to Home Depot or Lowes and get a strip or 2. They also have the corners and T if you need anything fancy for bends.
As for running the cables up behind in the wall to a clock outlet, power cable inside the wall can be a NEC code problem as far as I know. Low voltage hdmi and audio cables are ok inside if you want to go that way. But the AC cord into the TV should not be run along with the low voltage.

If you have to have an electrician come in then the track that I mentioned is much cheaper.

It’s always hearing “you get what you pay for” but personally, I can’t see any difference between a usd 15 and an usd80 one. Do your your own research to find your best wall mount

extends and swivels.. been hanging my old heavy flat screen for about a year with no issues 29k+ reviews..
