The most annoying part is that it sat like that for half a day, with people driving by, before I could get home to fix it.
And I broke it worse putting it back together.

This is totally irrational but on the night before trash day, people go around and take the bottles and cans out of our recycling bin so they can cash them in for deposits and it annoys the shit out of me.

^ Twice a week shopping carts full of clanging glass bottles and aluminum cans were pushed through my alley at 3 AM. All of annoying, sad, and funny.

Google sucks balls. And chrome is a joke.
A few people feel the rain. Most people just get wet.

My wife redeems our cans and bottles--the only place left seems to be the same place the homeless take them, so it's not a pleasant trip for her, but I guess it pays for the kale she keeps buying and never eating that gets thrown out. But if I see someone scrounging for cans at a reasonable hour I give them our bag of cans and bottles.

I want to watch Letterkenny too. The youtube clips are hilarious. Beverage out my nose. "A-1 box shot."
I see hydraulic turtles.

Removing wallpaper and especially the glue. Way beyond annoying, I'm thinking about nailing the bathroom door shut and just using the other bathrooms.
Silent....but shredly.

On the plus side, at least wallpaper doesn't contain arsenic anymore.

If the wallpaper is in good shape (not peeling up) you can prime it with an oil base primer and paint it. Do not use water base primer because that reacts with the wallpaper glue and causes wrinkles.

The wallpaper came off nicely without remover. no tears, peeled off like a roll of tape. Lesson learned: Don't follow the instructions on the remover bottle. They tell you to wait 20-30 minutes before scraping. Fuck that, it ends up hardening up again. I wait less than 10 minutes, use the scraper for the thick stuff, then follow up with a warm wet sponge dipped in the remover gel. Lotsa elbow grease, constantly rinsing out the sponge, but it's coming off pretty quickly. Walls will need to get one final TSP washdown when done. doing it in smaller sections makes it a little less of a torture. About 90% done. Music and weed didn't help.
Silent....but shredly.

Hey M - local home despots rent these if you live in the hood.
.
If you run into a wall that's coming down in rubberband sized pieces; there's always wall paper liner. After a skim coat it will look just like a gypsum wall.

Fortunately, I didn't have to resort to anything like that. Since it's a bathroom with 2 windows, tub, shower, vanity, big mirror, cabinets, etc there wasn't a ton of wall space that had to be stripped. Happy to say it's all done with the exception of a small area above the shower stall, which I'll do right before I take a shower tomorrow.

I don't get the hype. Is there any advantage beyond eliminating the risk of entanglement and manglement? My trampoline has the cage around it that's inside of the springs so it takes them out of the equation. There's no way your getting a foot in there.
The cage is what got fucked up. The trampoline is fine.
