My wife loves to leave our windows and doors open all freakin day. We don't have AC but it never gets very hot. Her the next day: "Our house is so dusty and there's bugs everywhere, we should clean up!" ARG!

Sounds heavenly to be cool enough for that but I can't really complain, this is the first triple digit day we've had this year. Normally we would have suffered through weeks of 100+ by now.

I left my oven on for 3 hours last night. I don’t have AC, but rely on a system where I open all the windows at night and close everything up during the day.

Couldn’t figure out why my kitchen wouldn’t cool off....
    focus.

    Shit that annoys you

Companies that spam the shit out of your email after trying to get some information on their products, fuck you Andersen Windows. That kind of stuff doesn’t make me want to buy anything from a business

I can deal with the heat as long as I can get into the AC periodically but yeah... not doing a whole lot. This time of the year most of my work is done between 5am and 9am.

Ouch! I like to shut off the AC at night and open the windows - generally we cool off nicely at night. I shut them again around 11am, pull the blinds and turn on the AC. Couldn't figure out why the upstairs was so hot - that's where the open window was. Oy vey!

Andersen storm doors are pretty great, because I'm always having to buy new parts, because we get wind, and lots of delivery guys.

Lazy people at work that complain about remedial tasks that take no more than 5 minutes to complete. Really sad.

I have built out three Pella retail showrooms and have been on the line at the Pella Assembly Plant in Caldwell.

Their commercial line sucks (just like the rest of them) but, their Customline is a really nice window.

Marvin would be a notch up ime
