Summer windshield fluid. Driving yesterday and hit the wash to realize it was frozen. Four fucking swipes across the dry salty windshield and the courtesy wipe that follows. I guess the upside of tomorrows warmup will be flushing it out and pouring in the -20` I bought last week.

I'm hoping they don't put it on Ikon. We don't need no tourons crowding the place up.

I’ve owned my house for 12 years, my living room has been 8 different colors, one of them being orange.

Currently have samples up so color 9 is right around the corner.

At least she know to hire someone and not ask me to do it.

    Hah.

I’m finally getting around to painting my old ramshackle house, after many months of demoing plaster, drywall, finishing, and procrastinating. My girlfriend is giving me oodles of shit for all the different shades of white everything is. I’m enjoying it while I can.
    focus.

In CA you can't buy the --20 stuff, so I do the alcohol thing, even in mild Truckee.

Walmart in Reno is your solution. $1.78/ gallon. Bought some yesterday.

I take it there's a reason not to use the winter wiper fluid all year. Does it evaporate too quickly in the summer or something?

Are you guys talking about something other than the ubiquitous blue stuff that you can get at the grocery store? IIRC that shit is good to -20F.

Yeah, that’s what I was thinking. I don’t go through much of the stuff in the summer anyways.

The new "Mustang" EV. Thing's a goddam travesty. I saw an interview with the one of the design big wigs talking about how they literally designed the interior around purse storage and yoga bags.

Because the world needed ANOTHER damn crossover.

A couple years back when I heard rumors of Ford creating a Tesla fighting EV Mustang, I was genuinely excited. A proper Mustang electrified would have been rad. But then they just take one of their "compliance vehicles" (their words. seriously), slap some Mustang styling cues on it and have the gall to actually call it a "Mustang."

First they axe the Focus, Fiesta, and Fusion from the US lineup (Europe gets a nice new Focus soon), and now THIS?! Bad enough what GM did to the Blazer name, but then Ford's like "Hold my beer." What's next? Is Ford going to make the new Bronco like a Smart Car?

Yeah, if I ever get down to Reno, which is rare. BTW your user name was the answer to a clue in the New Yorker crossword this morning. I would never have finished it if it weren't for your name, so thank you for that.

Must be black market stuff. Just don't buy your vape cartridges there.

Not around here--they sell summer mix and winter mix and the winter mix goes down to 0. Used to be able to buy concentrate and mix your own but that's gone.
