    Turns out the emergency notifications (there were two of them) sent out last night and this morning were sent too broadly by mistake. I live about 4 miles from the neighborhood where the bomb went off. That neighborhood is on lockdown until at least 2PM, with police, ATF, and FBI swarming the area.
