Gallows humor is how most of us keep passing the open windows these days.

^ laughed at both of those. Satire from news orgs just seems different not sure why. I’m headed for food and beer and forget all the bad news for a bit.

    Anyway carry on.
The Borowitz report is clearly labelled as satire. The Onion is well known for satire. I share your feelings about comedy news that a reasonable person might mistake real.

I hate to break it to you but I just read in the Washington Post that Trump just made beer illegal by executive order effective immediately.

skiers have to be the worst parkers on the planet. Walking from my car to the lodge this morning I counted 15 cars taking up more than one parking space and a bunch of empty spaces because of the people who had to leave their doors open to prevent someone from parking next to them. Sugar Bowl actually had a guy trying to make sure people parked reasonably close together, let people park next to them, kept their kids out of the middle of the aisle (it's ski skate week) but nobody was paying any attention to him. I was going to take a picture but my camera was out of film.

What's wrong with having a one door-length gap between vehicles?

Especially since the lot guys I deal with force a 36" gap between bumpers. WTF? Try to get a pair of 192 pow skis out of the hatch - you almost touch the windshield on the vehicle behind you before you clear your own rig...

    Do it.

Had dh boards years ago. If you have groomer only days and enough open space to let them rip, wow is that fun.

I guess the shit that annoys me is shits so crowded it’s hard to let them rip

Are all the add-a-binding options less than 10 din? (My phone doesn’t expand the full names)

Not that one has to buy them together but it seems odd

    Doooooooo it.

I had some DH skis, once, briefly. I think I did two runs on them and that was enough. They. Do. Not. Turn. Not until you are going very very fast.

I stick with GS skis for hard pack days now.
