That's because expensive bike socks are just for a fashion statement. They have nothing to actually do with... you know, sock stuff.

They are actually quite comfortable for biking, once I get them on. Of course, that's a challenge because they don't stretch for shit and I have big feet.

I really don't get why they always seem to tear right around the same spot. The "Sock Guy" socks seem to be the worst, but even some nice "Darn Tough" socks are doing it. Those have a warranty so might have to send em back.
