The fact that anyone buys Audis and then complains when they break is mind bottling to me.

I have a friend who has a souped up Q7 and the only reason that she's been able to maintain it is because her boyfriend is a mechanic with all the Audi tools. In fact, it might be the only reason she keeps him around. Dunno.

I once owned a vw in VT in July where the ac never worked and then the windows stopped working (it was a college car)
My brother and I would open the doors while we drove. heck we probably should’ve just taken the doors off and drove it that way

I still miss those triangular vent windows on 80’s and older vehicles. Both to open just a crack to ash the blunt or cig, and then crank full 160 to blast fresh air through the cabin when the popo pulled in behind ya. And they didn’t cause hearing loss like rolling down the full window at highway speeds.

Weird, I can clearly remember the vent window in my 81 Toyota base single cab, but drawing a blank on my 85 x-cab window. Have to go through the old non-digital albums. Maybe it was the trim level that lost it with the AC option.

Merrell. I recently bought a pair of shoes and unchecked the prechecked box at checkout that said I want to subscribe to emails. I started getting multiple emails a day. It was an option/trim level item all the way to 95 on the Japanese built trucks. I don't think it was tied to AC because my 90 (base model 4x4) doesn't have either.
