When you get up early to leave for a long road trip workday and can't find your wallet. Turn the house and cars upside down and inside out. No luck. Grr... Workweek ruined because replacement cards take 2 days and soonest dmv appointment for replacement license is Thursday because can't replace stuff online after you've stopped your cc and debit card

I had a ~$!0 fraud on my business Amex. Canceled my card and sent me a new one, but it takes a week, and multiple transactions keep getting declined. Gonna have to change the # on a shitload of accounts when I do get it. Pretty inconvenient.

In my experience, they'll default to normal shipping on the replacement card but will upgrade to overnight if requested.

It's been a while since I've needed to do so (*knocks wood*), so things may have changed.

Also, can you get a virtual card number to use from the website? I can't recall if there's a way to do that without having the physical card first (I know Chrome defaults to a "virtual" card number when I buy stuff online but I can't recall how the setup worked).

They were all in the left lane this morning on I15 doing 67 in a 70. Seven of them in a row. The sheer number of middle fingers they got as I drove by and joined in was hysterical.

I mean - is it any wonder that there are so many people from TX in our mountain west states? Over 30 million people living in a state that *objectively* sucks in almost every way...

The conservative guy on my block once proclaimed that he'd "love to move to Texas. And not just for the politics..."

Well, if you're a moran, perhaps it looks appealing?

I might move there if I was in a coma.

Nah - who am I kidding? Not even then.

If i was physically broken, didnt care about the outdoors, and loved to drink alcohol i would very seriously consider moving to Texas or Arizona. If your interests all revolve around being inside, eating food, and getting drunk then why wouldnt you move to a place where your money goes a long ways, and the whole society is setup for you to be in air conditioned space at all times because the climate is unforgiving.

I mean - if I was into all that, I'd move back to the Midwest. At least there would be fewer Texans there.

IMO, the food scene in texas in underrated. Youve got BBQ, mexican, texmex, and great SE asian cuisine.

But yeah, the midwest would work in a pinch too if i were a fat, crippled, alcoholic who didnt care about the outdoors.
