Rookie or not, file the complaint. Cop training these days is still all about escalation and not at all about de-escalation. They seem to have determined eliminating any perceived risk is the preferred method of compliance.

This is an absolutely appalling post. You should be ashamed.

Odds are quite good that Plug could have ended up dead. That guy has probably killed someone before, and he'll get away with killing other people in the course of his career.

Pug lives in a pretty big place that is a very tight community law enforcement wise. He should let it go. He's got some chit's with Reno PD. Keep it that way. Reno PD. WCSD Highway patrol. There all the same people around here.

Drained the spa today, stuck the hose into the sewer line clean out like I always do, but I stuck the hose in too far. Shit that annoyed me, literally.
