WTF? It is the same recipe I've been making for years and they always turn out wonderful because... wait for it.... I'm an accomplished baker when it comes to muffins, cookies, cakes etc. And I might add they are quite involved and time consuming so I generally don't like to share because they are... again, wait for it... WONDERFUL. When I do share I make sure they are nothing short of perfect.

I swear she cannot give anything but a backhanded compliment.

Yeah these have been around for a while. On a serious note, as a baker, I can't see how they would be very good. You need the whole muffin to achieve proper moistness. These seem like they would be dry muffins or I guess fluffy cookies.

Just had a Morning Glory and it was glorious! Pineapple, coconut, walnuts, carrots apple, raisins, cinnamon. Oh-so-yummy!

Well now there's a picture. Not an issue for me but YMMV

They are a lot like carrot cake in consistency.

Apple (1 granny smith) and carrots (1.5c) are grated. Coconut (sweetened) and walnuts (1/4c each) are toasted and get processed with flour (11.25oz), sugar (5.25oz), salt (3/4tsp), baking powder (1/2 tsp)/soda (1.5tsp) and cinnamon (1tsp). Pineapple is both "fresh" (1 sm can crushed) and dried (3/4c chopped fine). Grated apple and crushed pineapple get pressed until almost dry then the juice is reduced on the stove to 1/4c and added back. 1c golden raisins, 3 eggs and 4tbl unsalted butter (melted), 1 tsp vanilla. 350 for 24-28 mins rotating half way through. Perfection.

As long as they stop voting against their own best interests, and the best interests of the country and the whole freaking planet, i.e. tRump/Republican, I will give them all the slack in the world.

Those Xfinity turtle ads. They're still on! I dont get it. Really weird. I mean, turtles? And the only way the kid is made cool is they put a backward baseball cap and headphones on him. But, he's still an ugly turtle. And he's always hanging with his ugly turtle parents, talking about his cable service. Wtf?
