How ironic that you should create this thread. They're playing at my house.

This plus NIN getting it back together gives me hope for music again.
I've concluded that DJSapp was never DJSapp, and Not DJSapp is also not DJSapp, so that means he's telling the truth now and he was lying before.

Pretty damn sure that there is nothing ironic about that. Synchronistic, perhaps, and definitely coincidental, but certainly not ironic.

That said, and back on topic (to a degree), a buddy of mine, who is a huge Daft Punk fan, recently remarked that the new M83 score to the film Oblivion sounds dramatically similar to DP's score to Tron Legacy.

"Giorgio by Moroder" is probably my favorite, FKNA!

Whooooo-Wheeee! Just gave the album a listen and FKNA is right. The last track with Dj Falcon is a banger, good to have them back "Together" again. Also, I wouldn't be upset at all if I was forced to listen to nothing but Nile Rodgers guitar riffs for the rest of my life. Now, where did I stash those quaaludes....

Figured this should go in here - here's a link to a bunch of daft punk dj sets http://daftpunkbonusfeatures.weebly....-bootlegs.html

The 10/19/2002 Together(TBangs and DJ Falcon) + Cassius show from the Paradiso in Amsterdam is (.)(.)

I'm also super fond of the 10/16/98 DP set at Twilo for sentimental reasons - was back home in NYC from college on fall break and caught this show. Fucking Giuliani and his quality of life bullshit killed the NYC club scene, but Twilo was the shit back in the day. The Sasha and Digweed residency on last Friday of every month on the world's best sound system was amazing.
