    Salomon Suspect Delamination

I have the 2008-2009 Salomon Suspects and over the weekend the tail of the left ski delaminated. I am guessing there is no longer a warranty to these skis or am I wrong on that, and the warranty does still exist? If there is no longer a warranty what would we the recommended fix? Should I try to epoxy it myself or take it to make local ski shop and have it done right even though I am afraid of the price they will most likely charge? I am not currently looking to buy new skis because the season will not last much longer here in Ohio, and will instead be looking next year at the new products. Thank You for any useful advice.

    1) Purchase 2 or 3 screw rivets.
    2) Clamp ski back together.
    3) Drill 2 or 3 holes in the tail for the rivets.
    4) Remove clamps.
    5) Clean the inside of the ski with compressed air. Make sure it's dry.
    6) Shove a shit-ton of slow-cure epoxy deep into the delam area.
    7) Clamp the living piss out of that ski. Use every clamp you can find. Glue will pour out of everywhere. That's good.
    8) Install screw-rivets while everything is nice and gooey.
    9) Wait two days or longer. Longer is good. Then remove the clamps and use utility knife and sandpaper to remove excess glue.
