    In 8th grade, friends basement, his older brothers record collection had QMS 1 and Happy Trails among a load of Zappa records and some other debris. So yeah, Silver and Gold impressed me with an articulation and instrument command unmatched between Cipollina and Duncan. The other maestro in there was Nicky Hopkins, how that guy did all that music in those days with the Stones, Kinks, The Who as well as QMS.
