-thanks for the rec sysvres
was going to post something else, but iceman's pick made me listen to this instead:
edit: since it's 2013 and we all have 8 second attention spans, wait for the transcendent chorus @ 2:20 and, of course, the outro jam.
We heard you in our twilight caves, one hundred fathom deep below, for notes of joy can pierce the waves, that drown each sound of war and woe.
No kick turns

Ever since I listened to that Muddy tune yesteray I've been jonesing for a little Little Walter. Let's listen to it together.
I think one tune a day is fair but do whatchawant.
Or his strung-out version in '91 which is awesome, but really sad to see him that way...luckily he made it back from the abyss
^^^man I haven't heard that tune in probably 35 years. How old was Joe Walsh when they recorded that, maybe 20? Wow.
think so..... I have not heard it forever and was driving home late from DIA last night and was a bit tired. turned on deep tracks on XM and this popped up...... I think I toasted the speakers and my ears in the car!!! FKNA that song rocks!!!! Had to crank it up again when I posted it..... I think my neighbors liked it!!![]()

"fuck off you asshat gaper shit for brains fucktard wanker." - Jesus Christ
"She was tossing her bean salad with the vigor of a Drunken Pop princess so I walked out of the corner and said.... "need a hand?"" - Odin
"everybody's got their hooks into you, fuck em....forge on motherfuckers, drag all those bitches across the goal line with you." - (not so) ill-advised strategy
Couldn't find the one from 1973's "Und jetzt, das beste band in Frankfurt, Ten Years After" so this will have to do.
This was the first show I ever listened to. I don't listen to The Dead too much anymore, but this gets me every time.
Woulda linked the whole Help>Slip>Frank but figured it'd be too much in here.
Seems appropriate for today:
^^^ nice. Saw those guys on 6/6/06. fucking awesome show.
