its interesting L hutz and I have brought up a local example of a local one man ski building operation
we are very familiar with the product all our buds are using these skis, they hold together
.
Paranomal is a good example of whats possible from a small scale ski mfger using established best practises
and then here is 333 which seems to be an example of how NOT to do it
I kind of wonder why anyone would tie their horse to that busted wagon ?Lee Lau - xxx-er is the laziest Asian canuck I know

Well like I said before. We are going to learn the way that Michael thinks it should be done, if we see any flaws in the way he is doing it, we will then change the way it's being done. Things have changed since the days of 333 but not sure enough has changed to keep doing it his way. Only time will tell on that front. I spent some time in the factory this weekend and will be spending more time in the next few weeks pulling the team together so we can start the training process. The only true connection to 333/Community Skis will be that Michael built the tooling, after that it will morph and change as we see fit. I look forward to sharing the process with this group in hopes that you are willing to heckle and at the same time give good feedback as well. I know heckling is a given...but also know being helpful is also what many of you also want to be. Thanks for being helpful...it will go a long way and I look forward to sharing the bigger vision for this program soon. Stay tuned.

A-Epic troll?
B-A good way to turn a big pile of money into a little pile of money?
C-The second coming of Christ in ski form?
I've been told to always guess C if you're not sure...but come on man.

Yes indeed I have. This is actually my biggest concern as it's not the standard way of building skis, just from the hole in the bottom of the ski, it's clear it's not standard(which is also a super easy fix and not sure why he is still using that system?!). FYI, I am excited to learn the way he currently does things, even if it isn't the right way to do it, I still want to learn. I will then take my lifetime in a ski shop and knowledge of how everyone else builds skis and see if we can do it better. Great news...if Michaels system is truly only good for school programs, we have a press waiting to move in. All is well and excited to figure it all out.

If you want to see where Michael and Kristin are in their building process...these are the most current skis they have built using their system.
