So the straight forward answer. Yes, Lish is building the factory. The other honest answer, if I personally see anything wrong with the way the skis are being built, we will ditch it, fix it or press skis. This is supposed to be a fun experience for customers to come and help build their own skis with the assistance of a team of ski builders. All of this at the base of our local hill so you can build and ski those same skis in one day(assuming we go with the Lish system of building). We are not married to his way in anyway. We will have to time and support to get this right before it goes public so we will likely have a full season of building and testing skis on ourselves first, then take the next step when ready. All is well and excited to bring this unique experience to our fun family hill.

    Aqua seal...damping...

Inspired. Replace the hockey pucks duct taped to ski tips with a thick layer of shoe goo and bike crank arms on a pair of test skis.

Did some sidewall repair, ski delam repair and base gouge core shot repairs with shoe goo. Meant as temp repairs before last winter but kinda forgot about them and they're still going strong.
