I have heard this from two different firms twice in the last month. That's like going up to a girl in a bar and saying "i think I'd really like to date you but want to make sure I'm not the only one who thinks you're hot."

Your immediate response should be that you're about to accept something with another firm but figured you'd take this last interview first.
My friend was just in a situation like this. He'd been job hunting for a while and ended up getting about 10-15% more salary than the position was listed for. Did he have another offer? No. But confidence is everything.
