    I'm not a fan of reality TV in general or South Boston in particular, but as a former resident of Somerville's Powderhouse Circle support this initiative irregardless.

    When was the last time you were in Lynn? The beach area is nice, I'm by swampscott. If you go west or south down the lynnway it's shit, but up by Nahant and swampscott is nice. A few blocks west though suck. I had more worries living in Allston.

    I lived this reality two weekends ago. My good buddy, whose ex wife is from southie, had a birthday party for his twin boys(Joey and Tommy.) She is a total dirtbag 3 kids from my bud, +1 from some degenerate and one in the oven. She graduated from a good college and had never had a job other than tending bar for a year way back right out of school. I put my 3 year old son in a Tom Brady jersey and he blended well.

    Blog fucking complete.

    After a lifetime of surfing on nahant beach, Lynn beach isn't the cesspool it once was but it still smells like shit. It is quite amazing though that you can determine if you are in lynn or nahant just by the smell of the beach

    I will be starting a paypal account for the 'take a walk over to Advers' place and kick him in the balls fund'.

    Anyway, Lynn beach is actually quite nice now. I always run/walk the beach barefoot in the summer and never have had any issues. The smell/nasty seaweed shit fluctuates all the time, sometimes the Lynn side is nice and the Swampscott side is filthy and vice versa. Near Little Nahant is really the only spot that always stays nasty smell seaweed shit free all summer long.

    FYI, the beach in Lynn starting near the Nahant rotary and going about 1/2 way to Swampscott is "Smells Like Baby Shit Beach".

    I moved to Salem and now I live in Lynn. 2012 was a wild year...

    And yes, per your recco I did try Ken's. The thanksgiving pie is insanely awesome. Big fan of the shepherds pie as well.

    And to the other funny people... I'm not tough and don't act as such on the intarwebers. My point for posting that was to offer up someone who acts hard to put their money where their mouth was and beat me up. I probably wouldn't even swing back as I'm a gigantic wuss.
