I drove a pretty much stock 71 2002 round trip from Colorado to Alaska back in 1989. That was a nearly perfect choice and was a bunch of fun. There were a few spots where it would have been nice to have more clearance but it was nearly 100% reliable for 11k miles of hard running. The only problem the whole way was a set of burnt points about 50 miles north of Fort St John. Thankfully the Chrysler dealer in town had the parts in stock and the tow truck driver grew his own and hooked us up with that and a great lunch.

Bobby, might you know anyone who is interested in one of the only 200 911 GT2 RS Club Sports that will be manufactured? I can get one. If we sell it by Monday, I can get delivery in Belgium this summer with entry in the kick-off race. Othwise, delivery will come later. Any way, long shot, but let me know

Saw this last night and the owner happened to be standing next to it having a smoke. I was gushing over how slick it was while we walked by and the guy said it's his daily driver during the summer.

This has been a fantasy of mine for near 30 years. Some people like bugs, porches, big blocks, I am in love with the 2002. I don't think I'll ever be lucky enough to get one, but if I did, it would be petted hard.

I say this without flinching, but everytime I see one, I actually cry.

The most recent Leno's Garage video on the Ford GT with designer Camilo Pardo is one of his best.

    Some guys, right?

In the meantime... Dear Santa, I promise, I have been a good boy...

In related car porn news, I have now passed two completely different LaFerraris on the short commute to my son's school for dropoff this week.

I don't know where the fuck they fit the car seat.

A modest $1,025,000. Sure is a sexy car though.

I like the gravel road video, but man that listing totally changes my impression of BAT ownership though. Back in 2013 they could come up with high 6 figures to $1 million for a car?

    What about the interior?

Some of the older cars are real beauties but the insides can be neglected - my cousin re-upholstered a 256 with leather by hand, took nearly 2 months!!

not bad - especially for the first effort https://7x.design/ looks better than some of the SPs from Ferrari themselves.
