It needs 617hp to power that land yacht. Two electric motors would do a better job. Lol

I had a Taycan Turbo S in here not too long ago. It's basically the best electric car made. Id take the M5 every time. Faster car.

Hot damn, always wanted one of those. My neighbor growing up had a one and I immediately fell in love with it.

My dad had a ‘99 540i wagon. It was auto only for that body style in America but that V8 was a gem. I miss 90s BMWs.

Lol. Yeah. Not sure I’ve seen one with such low miles since 93 but come on. I guess it’s worth what someone will pay but IIRC I see those go for like 20-30 with the v12 and 15 to 25 with the 8 on The Mecum show. That seems like a bargain for a V12 near supercar but those bimmers just don’t seem to be fetching the bucks.

Also noticing the Dinan chip and RACING DYNAMICS!!!! (Guitar riff sound raAAAD!!) mods. What’s the point of ponying up for low mileage when it’s been fitted with some boy racer shit?

There's a silver Alfa same as above on the bulletin board at the supermarket. Made for my roads in early Spring. But a Miata is ten times more reliable.

I got a ride hitchhiking in '71 from a nut driving a new 914-6 on a pretty fast windy road. Jezuz, memorable, even now. Go kart.

Undoubtedly!!! There was a time where I had driven just about everything out there and I still maintain that the 540 with the 6 speed is hands down one of the best cars I've ever driven. That shifter was sublime and the power delivery was so perfect. What a pure joy to drive. I can't believe you have one! I am seriously jealous.

I remember when the Z8 came out and a neighbor brought one home (manual too! Should’ve kept it), the smartass high schooler I was told him I liked it better when it was called a 507, classier too, and cheaper! He was not amused.

Back then you could pick up a 507 for relatively easy money. Now, not so much. /shrug

    Wow, those have gone up. I sold a 97 c2 for 35k in 2004.

    Last of the air cooled.
But honestly, they have problems. Anything rubber leaks.

I would do a 88-89. My mechanic said they are bulletproof proof.
